Problem solved, let me be the first to say get rid of DST to save the planet. As the astute letter writer states, it clearly is the ploy of a liberal congress. LOL LOL Just kidding BT, Mark et al.
Good one

Are there any states out there that do not observe DST?
Please let me know - we all might want to move there to avoid the ravages of DST!

Priceless! Thanks for sharing that.
The only question is, who was dumber: the lady who wrote that or the editor who printed it? (...and thought it was worth a headline.)

Heh, it is a joke, but making a point about the quality of some of the "science" being performed (as controversy over the IPCC's "definitive" summary was written shows). Quite frankly, that theory is as good as most I've seen as soon as you get by the assumptions.

Most of the state of Arizona does not observe daylight savings time. As you know it is already hot enough here.
With the way the media is reporting on this issue it is not at all surprising to me that there would be someone with an uninformed opinion as this.

Hey, I don't think Daylight Savings Time is the REAL problem at all. It's a progressive feature of our system.
Unlimited capitalism is the real problem, and the laissez faire right wing denialism, it goes without saying.
